Information on the processing of personal data

 Colorificio MP s.r.l., based in Via Pastore 2, 47922, Rimini, Italy, VAT IT01635040403 (hereinafter, “Owner”), as data controller, would like to inform you that in compliance with art. 13 D.Lgs. 30.06.2003 n. 196 (hereinafter, “Privacy Code”) and art. 13 EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR”) that your data will be processed as follows and for the following purposes:

  1. How we collect personal data

Colorificio MP s.r.l. only processes personal, identifying and non-sensitive data (for example, but not limited to, name, surname, company name, address, telephone number, e-mail address – hereinafter, “personal data” or even “data“) collected by voluntary registration to the website www.colorificiomp.it/.com (and related subdomains) of the Colorificio MP s.r.l. (hereinafter, “Website“), and/or signing of forms (contact forms) or newsletter forms, or filling out forms for the shipment of purchased items, on-line information and support requests.

  1. How we use the information we collect

Your personal data are processed:
A) without your explicit consent (Article 24 letter a), b), c) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b), e) GDPR), for the following Service Purposes:

  • Website management and maintenance;
  • To execute Services specifically requested by you;
  • To participate through the Website in initiatives organized by Colorificio MP s.r.l. (ex: events)
  • To process a contact request;
  • To fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by the EU legislation or by an order of the Authority;

  • To exercise the rights of the owner, for example the right to exercise a right in court.

B) with your explicit consent (art. 23 and 130 of the Privacy Code and art. 7 of the GDPR), for the following Other Purposes:

  • To send you e-mails, newsletter, commercial communications and / or advertising material on products or services offered by Colorificio MP s.r.l.;
  • To send you purchased items;
  • To allow you to make payments on the website and / or purchase items and / or products, manage orders and returns;

    3. Data Processing

The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 of the Privacy Code and art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and more precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic and / or automated processing, through the use of a website hosted on a server managed by SiteGround. Colorificio MP srl will process your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the fulfilment of the service required and for no more than 2 years from the collection of data for the Other Purposes.

Colorificio MP s.r.l. has taken a variety of security measures to protect your data against the risk of loss, misuse or alteration. In particular we adopted the measures referred to in art. 32-34 of the Privacy Code and art. 32 GDPR. Colorificio MP s.r.l. uses secure data transmission protocols known as SSL or HTTPS.

Your data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) and 2.B):
• to our employees and collaborators, in their capacity as persons in charge and / or internal process managers and / or system administrators;
• to third-party companies or other subjects (web site provider, cloud provider, e-payment service provider, suppliers, hardware and software service engineers, shippers and carriers, credit institutes, professional offices, etc.) who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Colorificio MP s.r.l., in their capacity as data processors.

Without your explicit consent (as per art. 24 letter a), b), d) Privacy Code and art. 6 letter b) and c) GDPR), Colorificio MP s.r.l. will only communicate your data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities and to all the other subjects to whom the communication is mandatory by law for the accomplishment of said purposes. Your data will not be disclosed to any other party except for the aforementioned.

The management and storage of personal data will take place in Europe, on servers located in Europe of the Owner and / or third-party companies in charge and duly appointed as Data Processors.

  1. Your Choices About Collection and Use of Your Information

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) is mandatory. In their absence, we cannot guarantee you neither the registration to the Website nor the services of the art. 2.A).
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.B) is optional. You can therefore decide not to give any data or to subsequently deny the possibility of processing data already provided: in this case, you will not be able to receive e-mails and / or make purchases on the website. In any case you will continue to be entitled to the Services referred to in art. 2.A.

  1. Rights of the interested party

In your capacity as interested party, you have the rights set forth in art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights to:

  3. obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) proof that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or with whom they have been shared, except in the case where such fulfilment proves impossible or involves use of means disproportionate to the protected right;
  4.  object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated call systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and / or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and / or paper mail. It should be noted that the right of opposition of the interested party, set out in point b) mentioned above, for direct marketing purposes through automated methods extends to traditional ones and that in any case the possibility remains for the interested party to exercise the right to object even only partially. This Website and the Services of Colorificio MP s.r.l. are not intended for minors under the age of 18 and we do not intentionally collect personal information about minors.
